We are delighted to announce that KYOTOGRAPHIE 2025 has officially opened. On April 11–12, special guided tours of Mao Ishikawa’s exhibition were held with commentary by curator Taro Amano, drawing an exceptionally large audience and lively engagement.
Ishikawa’s work has also been selected as the design for the official KYOTOGRAPHIE tote bag, available at the information center and other festival locations.
The exhibition will be on view until May 11, 2025 at Venue 4: Kondaya Genbei Chikuin-no-Ma. We warmly welcome you to experience Ishikawa’s powerful works in the unique atmosphere of this historic Kyoto townhouse space.
