Profile
Born in 1977 in Aomori City, Aomori Prefecture. After graduating from the Faculty of Education at Akita University, she studied photography at the Tokyo College of Photography.
Her recent solo exhibitions include Vision of Aomori vol.16: "Aononymous – Latency" at the Aomori Contemporary Art Centre, Aomori (2018), and "Aononymous – Realms" at Bashamichi Otsu Gallery, Kanagawa (2015), among others. She has also participated in numerous group exhibitions.
In 2018, she published "Aononymous – Full circle" with Sokyusha, a comprehensive volume that brought together a series previously developed through self-published photobooks. In 2025, she released "The first Resonance", her first new publication in seven years.
